So glad Irene was not as bad as at first feared. Hope you did not suffer the side effects though. They look and sound worse than the actual storm itself.
We are really thankful we came through so easily. Unfortunately Vermont has had a tremendous amount of damage and flooding. There will be a lot of rebuilding to do. One of the things I love about this area is the people, the can do attitude and the willingness to help a neighbor. Keep Vermont in your prayers.
